My family emigrated from Burgundy, France to southwest New Mexico in 1981. My father, Hervé, had owned and operated a successful vineyard and winery in Burgundy; Domaine de Perignon. Starved for adventure and freedom, my father saw opportunity and was determined to revitalize the wine industry in New Mexico. The long hot days and cool nights were reminiscent of his native French Algeria, so New Mexico soon became our home.

Today, my brother and I are continuing the family tradition as the sixth-generation winemakers. We passionately craft wine for your enjoyment with friends and family.

Our flagship brand, D.H. Lescombes is named after my parents, Danielle & Hervé Lescombes. Since 1991, our highest quality family-grown grapes have been crafted into wines specifically for our family label. Exclusively available at our company-owned Hervé Wine Bar and D.H. Lescombes locations.

 A unique fusion that marries the New Mexico traditions of wine & chile into one. Using chile from the legendary Hatch Valley in New Mexico, we craft these wines by soaking real chile in our locally crafted wines.
